Returns & Exchanges

At Linens N Things, we want you to love your home essentials; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unwashed condition and include all original packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your linens in their original packaging and include the printed packing slip or return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
