We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $49 within the contiguous United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-7 business days.

How do I return or exchange a product?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization.

Are your linens machine washable?

Most of our products, including our cotton sheets and microfiber sets, are machine washable. We recommend washing in cold water on a gentle cycle and tumble drying on low to maintain fabric integrity.

How do I know what thread count is right for me?

Thread count refers to the number of threads woven into one square inch of fabric. For a crisp feel, choose 200-400; for a silkier, heavier feel, look for 600 or higher. Material type, such as Egyptian Cotton, also impacts comfort.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times for Canadian orders will be calculated at checkout.
